Starting June 2, 2025, the registration process will be available for Panamanian Flag Electronic Certificates: https://ecertificatespanama.amp.gob.pa .
Starting January 26, 2026, the new version will include MSM Cargo.

Starting February 2, 2026, the new version will include MSM Modu.

Starting January 23, 2026, at 06:00 p.m. (Panama local time), the link https://certificates.amp.gob.pa/certificates/ will no longer be available for submitting new applications related to the specified types of requests. However, the remaining modules will continue to be accessible until further notice.
