PANAMA MARITIME AUTHORITY IS PLEASED TO WELCOME YOU TO THE ELECTRONIC APPLICATION SYSTEM

This Administration would like to inform all users of the Merchant Marine Directorate that we have developed a new platform via web, through which you will be able to apply and send the reports online

• Armed personnel Authorization

  Only the Private Maritime Security Companies (PMSC) authorized by the Panamanian Administration can provide the use of security, armed or unarmed personnel onboard Panamanian flagged vessels transiting High Risk Areas.

• Transit Report

  The Private Maritime Security Companies already recognized by this Administration must submit the PCASP Report, duly filled and signed with details of their service onboard, with or without Letter of Authorization (LOA) to carry armed personnel on board vessels with the Panamanian flag.( https://certificates.amp.gob.pa/certificates/TransitReport)

• PMSC Annual Report and Updated Information

  The Private Maritime Security Companies (PMSC) authorized by the Panamanian Administration must comply with the presentation of the Annual Report and with the updated information in accordance with the provisions of Merchant Marine Circular (MMC) 243 and submit the information to the following link:( https://certificates.amp.gob.pa/certificates/AnualReport)

  
  

  NOTE: If after one month of not having completed the pending documentation, the system will automatically delete the application and must re-apply again.
