In an effort to improve the maritime security of ship operations, amendments were made to SOLAS 1974 (Chapter XI-2 / ISPS Code) which require specific information to be maintained onboard ship and continuously updated as the information is changed.

All Panamanian flagged vessels who apply the SOLAS Chapter XI-2 and the ISPS Code must have on board a Declaration of Company Security Officer (CSO) issued by this Administration according with the Merchant Marine Circular (MMC) 123.(https://panamashipregistry.com)

The following documentation shall be submitted through the website link: http://certificates.amp.gob.pa/certificates

• DOC - Document of Compliance

• Letter Issued by the Company Operator Certifying that the Designated Officers are in Compliance with IMO Model Course 3.20.

NOTE: If after one month of not having completed the pending documentation, the system will automatically delete the application and must re-apply again.
